About Sascha Heinrich

I was born in Perry Sound Ontario in 1983 and moved to the beautiful Okanagan 25 years ago with my parents and younger brother. I have both a Canadian and German citizenship and I speak both the English and German languages.

In February 2008 I became a licensed Realtor®. I began to observe and learn the many aspects of buying and selling real estate from my mother in-law and business partner Yvonne, who has been in the business for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I spent 7 years framing large custom homes as a Carpenter. Doing this I learned how to build homes from the ground up and all the steps in between. Construction taught me the value of using my time efficiently and working hard. I really enjoy applying the knowledge I’ve built over the years in working with Buyers and Sellers as they transition to the new home of their dreams.

My spare time is usually spent doing maintenance or renovations on our home in the Lower Mission. I do like to try to take in all the seasons Kelowna has to offer with snowmobiling, dirtbiking, boating or hunting. I am a member of the Okanagan Fish and Game club and get out fairly regularly to shoot my hand guns. My wife Margaret and I were married in 2007 and met over 13 years ago. We have a daughter named Payten who is just under 2 years old and keeps us very busy. We are both animal lovers so we have two Doberman Pinchers and an African Grey Parrot that I’ve had for 17 years.

I have an out going personality and forming new relationships always keeps things fresh and interesting. I would love the opportunity to show you first hand how hard I will work for you and the fun we will have while doing it!
